A Passion That
Found Its Purpose
Growing up just a few kilometers from the Brahmaputra River, I spent my youth chasing warm light and fleeting moments with a camera or a phone in hand. Photography was already my passion, but it was missing its true subject. That changed one winter when I noticed flocks of migratory birds descending upon the local wetlands, creatures that had traveled thousands of kilometers just to reach Assam.
Driven by curiosity, I began documenting these species, immersing myself in birding, photography, and the vibrant local wildlife community. What started as an obsession gradually turned into recognition through local awards and years spent exploring Assam's wild landscapes — from Kaziranga and Gibbon Sanctuary to hidden wetlands across the state.
Experiencing and capturing Assam's incredible biodiversity ignited a clear goal: to share these untamed spaces with others. That vision became Wild Tours — a bridge connecting travelers and nature lovers worldwide to the captivating wilderness of the Northeast.
